How do you get professional real estate videos without an expensive capital-city production company?
Atualizado em 22 de julho de 2026
Professional real estate video doesn't require a capital-city production company. It requires three things that are cheap to demand and expensive to improvise: clean sound, stable image and a script with sales intent. With a lean capture structure, a drone used with judgment and artificial intelligence in post-production, a countryside budget delivers first-rate material.
What professional really means
Professional isn't an expensive camera. It's the buyer understanding the property in thirty seconds. In practice, that means: a dedicated microphone for the agent or narration, stabilized image, light that favors the space, vertical framing built for the feed and a cut straight to what sells. A well-lit tour shot on a phone beats a generic drone film when the goal is generating a lead. Video that sells answers the buyer's questions: square footage, floor plan, finish, location, construction stage. Pretty video answers the ego of whoever commissioned it.
Three paths on a countryside budget
- Lean, recurring capture. A current phone, a lapel mic, a tripod with a stabilizer and well-used natural light cover the routine: unit tour, construction progress, agent testimonial, neighborhood. The secret is cadence, not equipment.
- Drone on demand. For housing developments and condos, the flight shows what no ground photo can: the lot layout, access, surroundings. Hire the flight, not a cinema day rate.
- An agency with its own structure. When production becomes routine, outsourcing to whoever has a studio, a crew and post-production in-house usually ends up cheaper than building it all internally. It's the logic we apply in our video work and in marketing for developers.
Where AI comes into post-production
The real savings happen after capture. With our own AI infrastructure, an RTX 4090 running ComfyUI and Flux, we produce versions, corrections, supporting art and finishing touches with no cost for renting an outside studio. Our own 1,000m² headquarters, with a studio inherited from our history in production since Manada Filmes, does the rest: capture and post at the same address, no crew freight. In practice, one well-planned shoot day becomes weeks of content, cut, captioned and versioned for each channel, including to feed a digital real estate launch.
In practice, in the countryside
In the Northwest of São Paulo state, the developer who shoots a weekly tour with a simple setup sells with more argument than the one waiting for the perfect launch film. The lot buyer wants to see the open street, the doorman, the construction moving. That material is born from a phone, an occasional drone flight and agile editing, not from a capital-city budget.

Can you shoot real estate video with a phone?
You can, as long as the audio is captured with a dedicated microphone, the image is stabilized and the light favors the property. What signals amateur work isn't the camera, it's bad sound, shaky footage and no script.
Is it worth using a drone for property video?
It's worth it when the surroundings are a selling point, like in housing developments, condos and properties with ample grounds. In an urban apartment, the drone rarely pays for its operating cost. The rule is simple: drone shows context, not interior.
