Privacy policy
This page describes the processing of personal data carried out by the website agenciadesigual.com.br, under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Lei 13.709/2018, the LGPD). The text describes what this site actually does, not a generic template.
Who the controller is
The data controller is desigual, an agency headquartered at Av. Youssef Ismail Mansour, 265, Birigui, São Paulo, Brazil. Requests concerning personal data should be sent to endrigo@agenciadesigual.com.br.
What data is collected
Reading this site requires no sign-up, creates no account and has no lead capture form. desigual prefers a conversation to a form, and that has a direct consequence here: most of the browsing generates no personal data at all. What does exist is the following:
- Support chat. On the case, guide and answer pages there is a chat widget hosted at chatwoot.citavel.com.br, infrastructure owned by the group. It records the content of the conversation and whatever data you write into it yourself, and it uses storage in your browser to keep the history across pages. If you do not open the chat, nothing is sent.
- Technical server logs. Generated automatically by the hosting on every visit: IP address, date, time and page accessed.
- External libraries. Some pages load animation libraries from public distribution networks (jsDelivr and unpkg). When fetching those files, your browser reveals its IP address to those providers, as happens on any site that uses a CDN.
The site does not ask for a tax ID, banking data, card data or any category of sensitive personal data.
What the data is used for
The chat content is used to answer you and to conduct the commercial conversation. The server logs serve security and failure diagnosis. Nothing is used for behavioural advertising, and no personal data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies and measurement
This site uses no advertising cookie, installs no social network pixel and runs no third party analytics tool. That is a choice, not an oversight. The only local storage is the chat's, used to keep your conversation open while you browse.
Where the data sits and who it is shared with
The site is hosted on Vercel, responsible for delivering the pages and for the technical access logs. The chat runs on the group's own server, at chatwoot.citavel.com.br. The animation libraries come from jsDelivr and unpkg. These suppliers may process data outside Brazil.
Contact by WhatsApp, email and phone
When you talk to desigual by WhatsApp, email or phone, the conversation happens outside this site, on the platform you chose, and it also follows that platform's privacy policy. The data you provide in that conversation is used to handle your request and to conduct the commercial relationship.
How long the data is kept
Commercial conversations are kept for as long as the contact lasts and for the period necessary to meet the legal, tax and contractual obligations arising from it. Once those periods expire, the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
The LGPD gives you the right to confirm that processing exists, to access your data, to correct incomplete or outdated data, to request anonymisation or deletion, to ask for portability, to know who the data was shared with, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, write to endrigo@agenciadesigual.com.br. Requests are answered within fifteen days.
Changes to this policy
If the way data is processed changes, this page changes with it and the update date above is amended. The version published here is always the one that applies.
