How do you use AI without the content looking like AI?
Atualizado em 22 de julho de 2026
Content looks like AI when three things are missing: a real asset, human direction and repertoire. The tool is not the problem; laziness is. When someone publishes the model's first output without adding anything from the company, the result is generic by definition.
The thesis: real asset, human direction, repertoire
Our public thesis rests on three legs. Real asset: every piece is born from something true about the company, a photo, a process, a proprietary number, a founder's own words. Human direction: someone with repertoire decides what goes in, what comes out and what needs another pass; AI executes, it does not decide. Repertoire: whoever directs needs to have seen a lot of good work to recognize mediocre on sight. That is how we run our AI production, with our own infrastructure and a curation workflow. Cinema Impossível, our project with over 92 million views, follows exactly this logic: AI scales the concept, direction sustains the quality.
The five mistakes that give away lazy AI
- Zero real asset. No photo, data point, process or place from the company in the piece. Everything could belong to any competitor, because nothing belongs to anyone.
- First output goes live. Publishing what the model returned on the first try, with no cut, no rewrite, no image selection. Raw output has a recognizable tone the audience already spots.
- Inventing what already exists. Generating a storefront, team, product or work in AI when the real thing is right there, available for a photo. Besides being artificial, it is a promise reality will contradict. On where generated images can and cannot go, it is worth reading what is allowed in advertising.
- Template aesthetic. Every piece with the same look, the same synthetic faces, the same caption structure. The repetition gives away that nobody is directing, just repeating a prompt.
- Using AI where the real thing was stronger. Filmed in ten minutes on a phone, a customer testimonial or the machine running is worth more than any render. Picking the wrong tool is also a sign of running on autopilot.
In practice, in the countryside
A countryside company has an advantage AI cannot fabricate: factory floor, cropland, sales booth, a customer known by name. The shortest path to content with its own face is mixing that real material with AI where it genuinely helps, in concept, scale and post-production. In video, that combination decides whether the piece works for the brand or just impresses; we develop this in is AI video worth it. The house rule is simple: AI comes in to amplify what is true, never to simulate what does not exist.

How do you tell if a text was made by AI without care?
Swap the company name for a competitor's. If the text still works the same way, it says nothing about anyone. Content with human direction has detail, opinion and reference that only that company would have.
Can AI-generated images be used in a company's marketing?
They can, with judgment: concept and imaginary scenery work; product, team and real work need to be real. We detail what is allowed and the house's ethical line in another piece in this series.
